Health Counseling at
Make Peace with Food
Welcome to Make Peace with Food! My name is Tamara Flanders and I am a certified Holistic Health Counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Prior to my education at IIN, I graduated from SUNY New Paltz where I earned my degree in Women's Studies, with a focus on women's health.
I believe firmly in the mind/body connection in having a healthy relationship with food. I have 15 years of experience in counseling women in many capacities. My health counseling focuses on an empowering model of intuitive eating that helps women claim their inner strength and heal their relationship with food.
My private practice, Make Peace with Food, offers a selection of services that are all geared toward helping you reach your goals in health and wellness.
