"I really enjoyed the holistic approach that Tamara takes, as it encompassed all aspects of my life, not just what I ate. She looked at my relationships and we worked together on coming up with ideas for improving my life as a whole. She helped make changing to a healthier diet doable by making the changes feasible for my current lifestyle (i.e. keeping a budget in mind, dealing with issues of being a busy mom). She also was a great supporter for a busy mom and had great ideas from cooking for kids to parenting tips.
